Why Aren't There Any Orders Showing On My KDS?

1. Check that the Printer Station settings in your POS show that Fresh KDS is Connected.

2. Check that the Printer Station settings in your POS indicate that Order Tickets are turned on.

3. Ensure that your POS and Fresh KDS devices are on the same WiFi network.

4.  Refresh all connections by powering off/on your devices and router.
